The so-called. women's "Tracht" mode for Austrian and German customers, luxury bathrobes, pajamas and nightdresses for the English market.

Historiy

4PARADE, cooperative as a successor of company Brnenska Druteva, continue in production program of the former factory, ie. sewing ladies fashion garments for Austrian and German customers and tailoring luxury bathrobes, pyjamas and nightshirts for customers in the United Kingdom.

The current production program continues in the long tradition and experience of making high quality and value added clothes.

Production

Since 1990 we have been manufacturing for customers from Germany and Austria the so-called “Tracht mode“.

“Tracht mode“ is traditional folk clothing, especially women (dresses, blouses, vests, aprons), but also part of men's clothing (jackets, shirts) made of cotton, silk and linen, mostly designed by customers.

Another part of our production is sewing luxury bathrobes, nightshirts and pyjamas for well known brands in the United Kingdom.

In case of this production, we process various luxury materials like silk, velvet, cotton, cashmere and fine wool.

A smaller part of our production is focused on the domestic market and it is mainly women's dresses, pants, blouses and skirts or women's and men's jackets.

Our long term customer appreciate high quality of workmanship and flexibility of our company. We mainly do CMT work, smaller or bigger orders according to requirements of our customers.

Machinery

Our factory is equipped with modern machinery.

Cutting room use automatic cutting machine and smaller hand saw.

Sewing department is equipped with single needle sewing machines JUKI, several overlocks, buttonhole and button attaching machines + a sewing machine with a possibility of 12 threads.

Žehlírna je vybavena dvěma žehlícími stroji s odsáváním a vyvíječi páry a také napařovací figurínou.

Ironing room is equipped with two ironing board with suction, steam generator and steam dummy. Two ironing sections are also in the sewing workshop for interoperation ironing.
